About the Chef

With over a decade of professional kitchen experience spanning fine dining, rustic Italian trattorias, and Japanese omakase bars, I bring a deeply personal approach to every meal I prepare.

My cooking is rooted in whole-animal butchery, live-fire techniques, and a reverence for seasonal ingredients. Every menu is built from scratch — from the charcuterie and terrines to the hand-rolled pasta and house-baked bread.
